I/we the customer hold the legal copyright and all other necessary legal permissions for all that appears on the media supplied including, but not restricted to, all types of film*, prints*, computer files*, modem transmissions* and internet downloads*.

Using images for promotional purposes

PPFIMAGES may use /may not use images I supply, and/or any that have been edited or restored by
PPFIMAGES for promotional purposes only.

Placing an order

Please send...

• The images- originals or in electronic format (via e-mail or disc);
• Images in electronic format should be:-

• Scanned at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi, higher if the original is smaller than 6 x 4 inches (15.2 x 10.4 cm) or is to be enlarged;
• In JPEG format at a high quality setting (with minimum compression) or in TIFF format;
• Other file formats can be used, if so please check that they can be opened to avoid delay;
• Smaller than 3Mb if e-mailed, larger files take a long time to transfer and your e-mail service may not cope easily with files of this size – if this is the case it may be more straightforward to transfer the file to a disc and post it.

• A complete list of the images sent, using the image list provided on this website. Please print as many copies as you require;
• Your instructions indicating the work you would like carried out, using the space provided on the image list where possible

Alternatively if you are unsure about what could be done or wish to discuss any aspect the work please contact me and I’ll be happy to discuss your individual requirements without obligation;

• A completed order form;
• Any other photographs or slides showing the missing or damaged parts of the images you wish me to work on. If these can be used in creating the final image they will both improve its overall quality and reduce the time required for repair & restoration.

• Payment to cover cost of returning of items by Recorded or Special delivery. Please contact the Post Office for current charges.  Please indicate your choice on the order form.

All Cheques and Postal orders should be made payable to David Moore.

1. After receiving your order PPFIMAGES will contact you to:-

• Give you a price for the work requested;
• Confirm your order to carry out the work; 
• Ask for payment if you confirm the order.

By confirming your order you will be entering into a contract with PPFIMAGES subject to the Terms and Conditions shown on this website.

If you decide not to confirm your order your images will be returned to you by Recorded or Special delivery as paid for.

1. On receipt of your payment:-

• The work requested will commence;
• IMAGE EDITING WORK ONLY – A draft copy will be sent to clients for their approval prior to completion;
• RESTORATION & REPAIR WORK if a draft copy is wanted for approval before returning the final image please request this when placing an order;
• On completion PPFIMAGES will securely wrap the images together with any other items supplied and dispatch them to you by Recorded or Special Delivery as paid for.

Please note that if payment is not received within 30 days of being requested the images will be returned and any work requested will not be carried out.

Guidelines for Sending ITEMS BY POST

Item	Preparation	Packaging
Computer disks, CDs and DVDs	Wrap cushioning material at least 2cm think around each item	A rigid, purpose made container. We recommend that you use screened envelopes for computer disks
Films	Seal in polythene with address details clearly visible	Pack loosely in a padded envelope and seal securely
Photograph Albums		Small books: padded envelope. Larger books: corrugated fibreboard book pack, giving 2.5cm clearance at each end
Prints, framed	Wrap cushioning material at least 5cm think around each item. Place between thick board or polystyrene giving 2.5cm clearance at each end	Wrap in corrugated or brown paper
Prints, unframed	Wrap in tissue paper	Place in a heavy duty cardboard envelope, seal and clearly mark package PHOTOGRAPHS - DO NOT BEND

Please list all the images sent and mark them with identifying number/letter used on list if possible.
 If not please include a brief description to enable me to identify each image.
In Type column please use the following codes where relevant.
 P = Photograph, S = Slide, N = Negative, F = File with number or name
